Paulee Lemmons is the Executive Director at Ashley River Plantation. She began her career in the medical field 20 years ago in Abingdon, Virginia as a staff nurse in a local community hospital. Paulee has since worked in various fields of nursing including pediatrics, emergency medicine, operating room and as an anesthesia assistant. Paulee’s experience in the senior living industry includes working as a Medicare case manager, as a wound care specialist, as an executive director and as part of a regional team covering 12 communities throughout the Carolinas and Georgia.
Paulee is married and has three wonderful sons. She is a dog lover and enjoys reading and playing tennis in her spare time.

Rhonda hails from Pittsburgh, PA and has been the Business Office Manager for four years at Ashley River Plantation, overseeing the resident billing and payroll systems. She has been serving the senior living community for 15 years in a variety of healthcare and residential settings. Before coming to Ashley River, she was an Administrative Secretary in a Massachusetts skilled nursing facility and started her career as a Receptionist in a skilled nursing facility in Pennsylvania.
Rhonda is married and enjoys spending time at home in Summerville with her husband and two wonderful dogs, Daisy and Lilly.

Lisa, the Director of Sales, is an outstanding listener!She is also a compassionate and motivating resource to families seeking solutions to the many challenges of aging. With nearly a decade of marketing experience for non-profits in the Charleston area, Lisa brings a well established link to the Tir-County seniors industry. Lisa ’loves’ away from work - her first grandchild - Elizabeth, running, and time on the water.

Megan graduated from the College of Charleston in May of 2008 with a degree in Communications. She grew up in the small town of Chapin, SC, right outside of Columbia where most of her family still resides. Megan currently lives on James Island with two of her college roommates and loves living in Charleston because there is always something fun to do! In her spare time, she loves reading, relaxing at the beach and hanging out with friends and family.
Megan is full of life, energy, enthusiasm and has excellent programming for our seniors. She has a special connection with the residents that shows in their smiles every day.

Megan is originally from Chicago, IL but she has also lived in Pittsburg, PA. She received her B.A. in Outdoor Recreation and Human Services. After getting tired of the snow, Megan moved to Charleston, SC and started working at Ashley River Plantation. She worked here for four years as the Director of Activities. She is now the Director of Memory Care and does an excellent job working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia.
Megan is a recent newlywed and enjoys reading, spending time on the beach with her husband and traveling.

Jeff is an extremely talented Chef who graduated from Johnson & Wales in 2001. He has been working in the senior industry for eight years and now serves as the Director of Food & Beverage at Ashley River Plantation. He has a passion for making every diner at Ashley River satisfied.
Jeff has two children and is very involved with them. He enjoys gardening and doing yard work on the days that he is not creating delicious dishes at Ashley River Plantation.
